01 / My story

Where I come from shapes what I build.

Surat, India → Pakistan → the UAE.
A story of family, curiosity, and responsibility.

I’m Ammar Haris Munnee, a 16-year-old Pakistani Gujarati entrepreneur. My family’s roots reach back to Surat, India. That heritage, and the business values I grew up with in The Munnee Family, are a big part of how I see the world today.

Dubai and Ajman are now home. Growing up around business taught me that an idea is only the beginning. It takes people who care, a willingness to learn, and attention to the small decisions nobody sees to make something work.

I started building websites and systems young. At first, I was drawn to what technology could make possible. The more I worked with businesses, the more interested I became in everything around the screen: the orders coming in, the teams doing the work, the customer waiting for an answer, and the numbers that tell the real story.

“I don’t want to build things that only look good. I want to build things that hold up in real life.”

That curiosity has grown into responsibility across technology, finance, legal considerations, operations, and brand direction. Today, my work touches 10+ brands and companies. At Antique Accessories, the teams behind the brands bring care to customer support and delivery across the UAE.

Across Antique Accessories, AL RUQIU Tailoring, Hijab Ul Dua, and Blyntl, I move between long-term direction and everyday detail. I care about how a storefront works, how an order moves, how teams communicate, and whether the systems underneath a business are ready for its next chapter.

I’m still early in my journey. I know that. It’s why I keep asking questions, staying close to the work, and learning from the people around me. For me, ambition is most meaningful when it comes with responsibility.

02 / What drives me

Principles I return to.

Not a set of slogans. A way to make better decisions when the work gets complicated.

01 / THE NORTH STAR

Vision

Know where you’re going, then make today’s decisions useful to that future. Direction matters most when it changes the work you do now.

02 / PRINCIPLE

Discipline

Stay close to the details. Consistency in the ordinary work is what makes the bigger ambitions possible.

03 / PRINCIPLE

Innovation

Question the old way of doing things, then build something genuinely more useful.

04 / PRINCIPLE

Execution

Give ideas clear owners, connected systems, and the follow-through to become real.

05 / PRINCIPLE

Customer-first

Remember the person at the other end of every order, message, and decision.

03 / What I do

The work behind the work.

I’m most useful where disciplines meet — connecting the technology, commercial decisions, and day-to-day operations of a business.

05 / The journey so far

Learning by doing.

The experiences that have shaped my work and the responsibilities I’ve grown into along the way.

The foundation

A business-minded upbringing

Growing up in The Munnee Family taught me to value hard work, responsibility, and the people who make a business possible.

The first steps

Curiosity became something I could build

I started young with websites and systems, learning how technology could solve practical problems rather than simply look impressive.

A wider view

From the screen to the whole business

That interest expanded into e-commerce, customer operations, finance, legal considerations, logistics, and brand decisions.

2025–Present

Responsibility across companies

My work spans Antique Accessories, AL RUQIU Tailoring, Hijab Ul Dua, and Blyntl, alongside a growing portfolio of brands under Antique Accessories.

The next chapter

Keep learning. Keep improving.

The focus remains on stronger foundations, better experiences, and the next useful thing worth building.

06 / Beyond work

The person matters as much as the work.

Family is my foundation. It’s where I learned to show up, listen well, and take responsibility for more than my own part of the picture.

I respect hard work — not as a performance, but as the quiet habit of doing what you said you would do. I’m drawn to people who care about getting the details right, even when no one is watching.

And I’m committed to continuing to learn. I’m 16; there’s a great deal I don’t know yet. That’s not something to hide. It’s a reason to stay curious, seek better perspectives, and keep growing into the work ahead.
